Booked Ashley’s home last minute for a get away for me and my wife. The location was perfect and the home was just like the photos. Peaceful, clean, beautiful home. Ashley was extremely helpful with recommendations and allowed for early check in as well. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

House was in a great location for visiting local wineries and breweries. Short drive to Charlottesville for shopping. House was clean and equipped with all of the necessities. Trip got cut short due to incoming weather but we had a great time anyway.

We came to Ashley’s place for a book retreat and it was the perfect spot to tuck into our story. We loved the hot tub, rocking chairs, and lots of cozy furnishings. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable all weekend!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was well stocked and comfortable with multiple places you could lounge or get some quiet time if needed. Ashley was quick to respond and gracious in helping us with planning and our arrival time. We'd highly recommend the place itself, let alone the bonus of being right off 151 with quick access to hikes, food, breweries, and wineries in the area.

We had a great Mother/Daughter stay at Towler Cottage. The Cottage is spacious, even when 2 best friends joined us for the evening. There was nothing we needed—fully stocked kitchen and spacious. Hot tub was awesome. Great location, with wineries and breweries close by. Ashley was wonderful, quick to respond, and super helpful when I asked about friends joining us for the night. A super fun girls trip and would definitely come back! Thank you Ashley for a great couple of days!

We loved our stay at the farmhouse in Afton! The setting was peaceful and scenic — surrounded by beautiful views and that perfect country charm. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor and the little touches make you feel right at home.
It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views, and still close enough to wineries, trails, and local spots to explore. We’d definitely stay here again — it’s a hidden gem in Afton!

Perfect stay, me and the girlfriend very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful cottage, so close to all of the great vineyards and Blue Mountain Brewery and the stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The hot tub was a must experience, our host Ashley was very helpful and informing. Well definitely come back again and may just have to make this a yearly thing for us. 10/10 because 5/5 isn’t enough.

We were a group of 7 adults staying at the farmhouse for a family wedding at a local winery. The house was adorable and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had never been to the area before, but found it beautiful and lots to do! Wineries, breweries, we toured Monticello in Charlottsville. The house was central to to a lot in the area. We highly reccomend the farmhouse!
